A design-led address
The project brings apartments, Kanso Residences and Kanso Lofts into one residential setting. Material finishes use natural stone, wood and metal, with Japanese-sourced border tiling referenced in the supplied material-finish guide.
A considered first phase
The first phase comprises 265 homes across two buildings. Sales are scheduled to begin on 16 September 2026, according to Aldar’s launch announcement.
