Nobu Residences Abu Dhabi is a collection of 88 residential apartments on the beachfront of Saadiyat Island's cultural district. The development combines two distinct collections: Nobu Hotel Residences (41 units with full hotel service access) and Nobu Residences (47 units with a private amenity floor). Both share views of the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi site and the sea, and residents have direct beach access. Aldar developed the project using the Nobu Hospitality brand under a licence agreement.
Two residence collections
Nobu Hotel Residences offers 41 units: 9 one-bedroom, 28 two-bedroom with maid's room and 4 three-bedroom with maid's room. Residents have access to the full hotel amenity programme including the grand lobby lounge, Nobu Restaurant, rooftop bar, ballroom, conference facilities and the hotel spa with steam room and sauna. Nobu Residences offers 47 units: 16 one-bedroom, 18 two-bedroom with maid's room, 5 two-bedroom lofts, 4 three-bedroom with maid's room, 2 sky villas and 2 penthouses. This collection has a private amenity floor with its own lobby lounge, gym, steam room and sauna, outdoor pool with cabanas, BBQ area, cinema room, indoor children's play area and indoor Zen Garden yoga space.
Chef's kitchen and bathrooms
The kitchens were designed in collaboration with Chef Nobu and feature custom-made cabinetry, knife racks and chopping boards carrying the Chef Nobu signature. The primary bathrooms draw on Arabic hammam and Japanese onsen aesthetics, with a handcrafted bathtub in original Japanese teak wood, rain showers and quartzite tiling.
