From Eritrea to the UAE: How Hannah Isaac Sells Homes to Clients She Has Never Met in Person

Gulf Times Now recently spoke to Hannah Isaac, Senior Property Consultant at I Buy Real Estate, about her journey and her work with international buyers.

A Career Built on a New Path

Hannah moved to the UAE from Eritrea with a degree in Mining Engineering and a Diploma in Project Management. Real estate was not her first plan, but she built her career in Abu Dhabi and stayed in the industry ever since.

This year has been a strong one for her. She returned from maternity leave after the birth of her third child and quickly became one of the top performers at I Buy Real Estate.

Selling Homes Across Time Zones

Many of Hannah's clients live far from the UAE - in London, Toronto, New York and Sydney. They buy apartments and villas without ever walking through them in person. Some buy several units at once and leave the entire portfolio in Hannah's hands.

"I am the eyes of people who are four thousand kilometres away, and they only get one chance to trust me," she said.

To work this way, Hannah has also built a strong personal brand. Clients often reach out to her already familiar with her work.

"By the time clients write to me, the trust is half done," she said.

Why the UAE

Hannah also talked about what the UAE means to her and her family.

"I am happy that the property I sell builds generational wealth for my clients, and that it gives families a place to settle in a country I am proud to call home. My children are growing up here," she said.

She explained that she chose the UAE on purpose, not by chance.

"I looked at other countries first and I chose the UAE twice, once for my career and once for my family," Hannah said. "The UAE is a beautiful place to build a life. It is safe, it is generous with people who arrive with nothing but a plan, and it opened the door for women and then trusted us to walk through it."
