I Buy Real Estate Management has reached Envoy Tier in Aldar’s Broker Elite Programme for Q3 2026. Alan Harthy, CEO and founder of I Buy Real Estate, accepted the certificate and the Envoy award on behalf of our team at the Aldar Elite Awards Q3 2026 ceremony.
Aldar is one of the largest developers in the UAE. For our clients, the new tier has practical effects: earlier access to new launches and a closer working link with Aldar’s sales teams.
The Aldar Elite Awards are Aldar’s ceremony for its partner brokerages. The Q3 2026 edition recognised agencies for their results in the third quarter of the year.
The awards are part of the Aldar Broker Elite Programme, which Aldar uses to work with agencies that sell its projects in the UAE and abroad. Brokers in the programme get early access to Aldar launches and marketing support for Aldar projects. They can also check available units in real time through the Aldar Experts app.
The programme covers Aldar’s whole portfolio. This includes projects in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, London and Ras El Hekma in Egypt.
The programme has several tiers, and Envoy is one of them.
Our certificate confirms that I Buy Real Estate Management achieved Envoy Tier for Q3 2026. It carries the Aldar logo and is signed by Aldar’s Global Business Development team. Alongside the certificate, we received the Envoy award with our company name on it.
Q3 2026 is not our first Envoy result with Aldar. Our office on Saadiyat Island already holds Aldar Envoy awards and certificates from earlier quarters, starting from Q4 2023.

The earlier certificates call the status “Envoy Categorisation”, and the 2026 certificate calls it “Envoy Tier”. Together, they show nearly three years of steady work with Aldar projects, from Q4 2023 to Q3 2026.
The Q3 2026 ceremony brought together brokerages that work with Aldar across the UAE. Aldar’s broker management team presented the programme results on stage.
The stage was built around a large model of the Saadiyat Cultural District, the area around Louvre Abu Dhabi and Zayed National Museum. Next to it, Aldar is building Marsa Al Saadiyat, its new waterfront district.
For our team, the model had a personal side. Our office is on Saadiyat Island, and much of our daily work is with buyers looking at homes there.
Aldar has a busy year. The company says it is on track to hand over more than 3,500 homes in 2026. In the first half of the year, its net profit rose 18% year on year to AED 4.9 billion.
New launches have continued through 2026. In the first quarter, Aldar launched The Wilds Residences in Dubai and Baccarat Residences Saadiyat in Abu Dhabi. Yas Park Place in North Yas followed in April.
With this many launches, buyers who get project details early have more time to compare layouts, views and payment plans before sales open.
The tier mainly affects how quickly and directly we can work with Aldar.
Partner agencies in the programme get early access to Aldar launches. In practice, we can share launch details, floor plans and price lists with clients sooner and help them prepare before sales open.
We also work with Aldar’s broker team directly. When a client has a question about a payment plan, a handover date or a specific unit, we can get an answer from the developer faster.
The award belongs to our whole team. We thank our clients for their trust, our colleagues for their work during the quarter, and Aldar for the recognition.
An agency tier shows how actively a broker works with a developer. It does not tell you whether a specific property is right for you.
Before buying in any Aldar project, check the community and its future supply, the launch price compared with nearby resale prices, the payment plan, service charges and the expected handover date. Off-plan prices and timelines can change, and two units in the same project can perform differently.
