Aldar has announced Sei Saadiyat, a 778 home residential project in Saadiyat Cultural District. The project is planned across six buildings and centres on wellness, materials and quieter shared spaces.

The first release includes 265 homes in two buildings. Aldar says sales are due to begin on 16 September 2026. The announced collection includes one, two and three bedroom apartments, plus two bedroom lofts.

778 homes across six buildings

Sei Saadiyat is a new Aldar address within Saadiyat Cultural District. The project will bring apartments, Kanso Residences and Kanso Lofts into one residential setting. The first phase covers 265 homes, giving buyers an early choice between the first two buildings before later phases follow.
