Aldar announced that Manarat Living III, the final edition, sold out within 24 hours at its January 2025 launch. Any resale enquiry remains subject to current availability, seller authority and permit verification.
Manarat Living is Aldar’s design led residential collection in the Saadiyat Cultural District.
Aldar launched the first 273 homes in February 2023. The original release was open to buyers of all nationalities and introduced studios, 1 bedroom apartments, 2 bedroom apartments and selected 2 bedroom homes with a maid’s room.
The project sits close to Manarat Al Saadiyat, a centre for exhibitions, workshops and performances. Aldar also identified Mamsha Al Saadiyat, Soul Beach, museums, the Abrahamic Family House and Cranleigh Abu Dhabi among the nearby island destinations.
The homes were designed with modern finishes and two interior colour choices. Shared spaces take cues from the art and cultural institutions around the project.

The second edition extended the Manarat Living address. Exact building and unit details should be checked against the title and current seller documents.
Aldar described the third edition as the final and most elevated part of the collection. Its 400 homes sold out within 24 hours at launch in January 2025.

The first Manarat Living release included the layouts below. Later editions may contain different plans. Any later resale layout must be verified unit by unit.
Aldar’s current project page and launch materials describe a broad amenity programme. Access can vary by building and phase, so a resale buyer should verify the facilities attached to the exact unit.
Aldar introduced Manarat Living as the first project in its design led urban collection. The original concept used a bold aesthetic, lively lobby spaces and community areas influenced by Saadiyat’s cultural setting.
The first release offered modern finishes and a choice of two interior colour schemes. Resale buyers should confirm the actual specification and any owner modifications in the exact unit.
Aldar stated that the original development was designed to achieve a Two Pearl rating under the Estidama sustainability rating system. This is a historic design target. Current certification should be evidenced separately.
The announced measures included efficient water fixtures, green building technology and sustainable construction materials.
Experience Abu Dhabi describes the district as a walkable concentration of major cultural institutions. It includes Louvre Abu Dhabi, Zayed National Museum, Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi and teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi, with Guggenheim Abu Dhabi listed as upcoming.
Manarat Al Saadiyat runs exhibitions, creative programmes and events. Manarat Living was planned close to this active cultural centre.
Saadiyat’s coastline gives residents access to established beach destinations, including the Mamsha beach area and other island beach facilities.
Aldar’s project announcement identified Cranleigh Abu Dhabi and Berklee Abu Dhabi among the island’s education and creative institutions.
Experience Abu Dhabi highlights Saadiyat’s coastline, protected marine environment and golf facilities alongside its museums and residential communities.
Aldar states that Manarat Living is a short distance from Abu Dhabi City, Yas Island, Al Reem Island and Al Jubail Island. Exact travel times depend on route and traffic.
A sold out launch does not prove that every resale advertisement is current. The exact unit and transaction documents control the decision.
Before any unit is presented as available, its status, asking terms, seller authority and advertising evidence must be checked.

Do not use an old launch forecast as current proof. Completion and transfer status should be verified for the exact phase, building and unit before a buyer commits.
Aldar offered the original release to buyers of all nationalities. A current resale buyer should still confirm the applicable ownership, registration and transaction requirements for the exact unit.
Official Aldar materials describe pools, fitness facilities, coworking and multipurpose spaces, art and podcast studios, cinema and gaming areas, children’s facilities, gardens and sports spaces. Confirm exact access for the relevant phase.
