About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Recruiter to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding high-performing real estate professionals, including property consultants, team leaders, and support staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified real estate agents through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract top-performing real estate professionals.
- Prepare employment offers and assist with onboarding documentation.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor hiring activities.
Qualifications and Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor market and recruitment practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed and etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting real estate agents in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
- Strong professional network within the real estate sector.
